Welcome to Dominic Mills & Co, Solicitors.

Established in 2012, with offices in Bedford town centre and Newport Pagnell, we are a team of caring professionals who can help with all aspects of preparing a Will, Powers of Attorney, tax planning, administering trusts and estates, deputyship applications to the Court of Protection, conveyancing and commercial work too.

Although we are a young firm we were all previously part of the firm of Borneo Martell (latterly, Borneo Linnells) for many years, and are committed to service the legal needs of our clients in Bedford and Newport Pagnell, and further afield.

Two of our solicitors are full members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and two are full members of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). One solicitor is also a member of Action Against Elder Abuse.

We are specialists in Wills, Trusts, Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney, dealing with a person’s estate on death (Probate), Conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant and Commercial work, dealing with a whole range of work from straightforward matters to very complex issues, including cross border issues and international assets.
